Quotes and scope
A quote describes the agreed area, service and price. Specialist contamination or a material change in site conditions may require a revised scope, which should be agreed before additional work begins.
Access and appointments
Safe access, water and any site requirements are agreed before the visit. Weather, unsafe conditions or unavailable access may require an appointment to be rearranged.
Dandy Club enquiries
Submitting the Club form starts an enquiry only. It does not take payment, activate the Club or begin an automatic renewal. The annual price, eligibility, renewal, cancellation and service-specific terms are confirmed before a customer joins.
Surfaces and results
Cleaning can improve suitable exterior surfaces but cannot reverse wear, damage, failed coatings or every specialist stain. The proposed method and realistic expectations depend on the material and condition found.
