How do quotes work?
Send the address and tell us what needs attention. If photos would help us assess the work, we will ask for them. Where practical, we measure the area and return a clear fixed quote showing the scope before a date is booked.
Do I need to be home?
Often not. If safe access, water and any other arrangements are agreed in advance, many jobs can be completed while you are out. We will confirm what is needed before booking.
Do you use my water?
Most exterior cleaning requires a suitable water supply at the property. Exact requirements depend on the work and will be confirmed with your quote.
What surfaces do you clean?
Driveways, patios, paths, steps, selected garden furniture and accessories, accessible gutters and appropriate exterior surfaces. A BBQ refresh can also be quoted as an outdoor-living add-on. Suitability is assessed by material, finish and condition.
Do you remove algae and moss?
Normal exterior growth is generally included in achieving the agreed clean where technically appropriate. Specialist staining or contamination may need separate treatment.
How long does a job take?
It depends on area, surface, access, condition and any follow-on treatment. Your quote will set out the expected scope, and timing is confirmed before the visit.
What is The Dandy Club?
Dandy’s annual year-round exterior-care programme: £139 a year, four seasonal appointments, priority booking and 30% Club pricing on eligible Dandy services.
What does 30% Club pricing apply to?
The saving applies to eligible Dandy services. Your quote will show the standard price and Club price clearly, including any service-specific exclusions.
Do you clean bins?
Bin Care is available to Club members only where an active Dandy route operates. Coverage is not universal and will be confirmed locally.
Do you work commercially?
Yes. Dandy Commercial provides scheduled exterior care for selected hospitality, managed residential, retail, office and commercial properties.
