A clear explanation of what Dandy collects, why it is needed and how it is looked after.

This page uses only verified operating information. Details that have not been confirmed are intentionally omitted and will be added when they are available.

Information you provide

A quote request can include your name, contact details, property address, selected services, approximate dimensions and notes. A Dandy Club enquiry includes your name, email, mobile number, postcode and whether you are an existing customer. The forms do not currently transmit photo files.

Attribution and technical information

The website can record recognised UTM campaign values, Google and Meta click identifiers, the landing-page path, an external referrer hostname and a random non-identifying conversion reference. Arbitrary query-string values are not recorded. This context helps connect an enquiry to the route by which it reached the site.

Optional measurement

With your permission, Google Tag Manager routes limited non-sensitive events to Google Analytics and, where relevant, Meta Pixel; Microsoft Clarity may provide aggregated interaction and session-use information. These events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, postcodes and free-text notes. Consent can be changed through Privacy preferences in the footer.

How it is used

Information submitted through an available delivery service is used to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange requested work and meet legitimate legal or operational requirements. A successful website response means the configured delivery adapter acknowledged the request; it is not a claim that a durable customer database record exists in this website.

Storage and rights

Information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, service relationship or applicable legal requirements. Verified controller and data-rights contact details are intentionally omitted until they can be published accurately.
